Service Process



For electronic service, please:
Call us on 07 5625 1680 and advise you need to serve court documents upon us.

If you get our answering service, please leave a message noting the matter concerns service, we will prioritise a call back to you.
If we hold instructions to accept service you can email the documents to us at our inbox, or provide a link for us to download the documents.
We will confirm receipt and provide you confirmation of acceptance for your records.

physical service, please:

If we hold instructions to accept service we will have a representative meet you at the front desk to accept service.
Our representative will provide their name to you and sign a receipt to confirm acceptance. Alternatively, we will email you those details for your records.
